Getting Your Bond Back
We help to get your bond back, but this applies only if the property meets standard cleaning conditions and is free from damage, pest infestations, mould or excessive wear. Our service covers cleaning-related issues only and does not include repairs, maintenance, or damages caused by tenants.
Service Limitations
While we strive for exceptional results, certain stains, discolourations, or damages may be permanent and beyond our control. BrightBond is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for areas requiring specialist restoration services (e.g., mould, carpet damage, wall marks, or odours).
Additional Costs for Excessive Dirtiness
Our standard cleaning service is based on properties being in reasonably maintained condition. If the property is found to be in an excessively dirty, neglected, or unsanitary state, additional charges may apply. This may include, but is not limited to, heavy buildup of grime, grease, excessive pet hair, or waste. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding where possible.
Re-clean Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 72 hours. We will return free of charge to address any reasonable cleaning concerns covered under our guarantee. Re-clean requests must must include photos or feedback from the property manager or agent.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are estimates. Final quotes may vary depending on the property’s size, condition, and specific requirements. We always confirm the total cost before commencing any work.
Photos
We ask you to upload clear photos of the areas that require cleaning. This helps us accurately estimate the time and resources needed and ensures we’re fully prepared without any unexpected surprises. It allows us to provide the best possible service and ensure nothing is overlooked. If you’re unable to upload photos, we’d be happy to arrange a time to visit the property and assess the cleaning requirements in person.
Liability
BrightBond is fully insured with public liability coverage. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except where required by Australian consumer law.
Products & Allergies
We use high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products and aim to choose eco-friendly options whenever possible. Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning solutions, so we can make appropriate adjustments.
