A few important things

  • Running hot water and electricity need to be available at the property.

  • All cabinets and drawers that require cleaning are empty.

  • Furniture that does not require cleaning is removed from the rooms. Ideally, the property is vacant.

  • Our standard cleaning service is based on properties being in reasonably maintained condition. If the property is found to be in an excessively dirty, neglected, or unsanitary state, additional charges may apply.
